It would seem many people share views on the dedication, professionalism and all round leadership abilities Steve demonstrates over and over again, I too share those views. I have been in Consultancy for over thirty years and I know from experience that Steve is a rare find. It has been my privilege and my pleasure to have worked with Steve over the last five years. The privilege has been to see such a talented manager at work and the pleasure has been in the challenge Steve brings in wanting and striving to be the best. I know from speaking with those who have worked for Steve, the high regard in which he is held. The further pleasure is that he is also an all round nice guy, he cares, about his people, about his responsibilities at work and his family. Anyone out there looking for an Operational Strategist either on a full time basis or on a consultancy arrangement need look no further than Steve.

Where to start with this inspirational Leader! The beginning of our collaborative journey in developing and implementing operational excellence across the resort seems apt. Steve identified, enabled, mentored and supported the operations team to go out and create what is required to operate a million guest visitor attraction to the highest of standards. Steve brings a level of emotional intelligence I have not witnessed in my work environment or my personal life, this approach assisted me through one of the most challenging times in my life and has built me into the changed person I am today. I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with such an inspirational individual. On reflection the change that has been made to the product, structure and people under Steve is not quantifiable. Thank you Steve for everything that you achieved and for pouring so much of yourself into each and everyone of us.
