Tasked with overseeing the closure of the depot in St Johns Rd, Tunbridge Wells and moving all operations into a temporary location in Tonbridge that had been chosen at short notice and was far from perfect, whilst ensuring we continued to deliver a service for our customers. At the start of the year, after 3 months in our temporary home, we moved into a brand new site in North Farm, Tunbridge Wells despite the fact that only the engineering facility had been completed and operations had to make do with porta-cabins initially. The fact that both moves went so smoothly without interruption to services was a testament to the great team at the depot.
