Brisson integration to Terapro Group while managing a high turnover rate due to retirements, Covid-19 instability, and labor shortages. • Implemented and increased health and safety employee awareness by creating a Health & Safety Committee, providing increased H&S training, weekly toolbox meeting which lead to the reduction of on-site accidents. • Provided strategic direction and guidance to ERP project team for the 2022 implementation of a new financial and operational system with the objective of harmonizing key business processes amongst 18 branches in the Terapro Group in Ontario and Quebec. • Managed complex end-to-end projects such as the construction of a new branch in Stittsville ($5M), the renovations of existing locations and the opening of a new branch in Sudbury while managing daily operations.
