  I manage and operate the building operations, maintenance, and repairs for 9 urgent care clinics and 1 administrative office building within the Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Naples markets. I coordinate and schedule between vendors, property management, and all our locations for needed repairs and service. I manage 9 janitorial crews in all locations. I manage the purchasing of all non-medical supplies while working within my yearly budget. I maintain and inspect all fire safety equipment and repair or replace equipment as needed. I maintain all of our resilient flooring using powered floor equipment every 3 months. I perform preventative maintenance on buildings including but not limited to skilled carpentry, electrical, painting, plastering, dry walling, plumbing, heating, limited air conditioning and mechanical repair work, door hardware, keying, exit and emergency lighting.

  I coordinated and scheduled repairs with vendors when warranty work was requested. I kept a detailed schedule to follow up with both vendor and homeowner. I held our contractors accountable for their work and followed up with the homeowner to be sure they were satisfied with the result. I was highly involved with orientation and new homeownership training and making sure punch list items were completed. I managed a very tight budget and was able to make many of the repairs myself as I have extensive knowledge and experience in my 20+ years of remodeling homes. I explained to a homeowner in a kind and respective way that certain items are not covered within the terms of our warranty. I achieved such a great level of homeowner satisfaction with my work that after Paragon was forced to close, I was called upon many times for repairs from our homeowners.
