My current position within Red Bull New York is that of Regional Manager within Youth Development and over the past 15 years I have gained considerable experience at managing different elements within my region and the department. I currently manage 45 staff coaches, grown from an initial team of 10. Alongside this I manage and support youth volunteers and organizations with their development expectations, health and safety protocols and risk assessment. I have developed and administered a $1.7 million dollar budget, creating and executing sales opportunities, forecasting and reporting budget development, enforcing policies and procedures, target setting and market growth.

Providing a high level of training and assessment for Red Bull Academy goalkeepers (U-13 pre-academy - U23 goalkeepers) on a part time basis. Responsibilities include supporting team managers in game day coaching and provided analysis on individual and team performances. During my time in the academy I have been involved in successfully developing goalkeepers for US national team selection in their respective age groups.
