I brought together into one portfolio the replacement/deployment of over 5,000 new desktops and laptops across 9 Telephony Call Centres, the replacement of over 4,000 ATMs across the country and the replacement of every desktop and laptop in Cheltenham and Gloucester, over 3,000. This was achieved with no unplanned service outages.
