(P.E.License #107025) 1/96-Present Tennessee Department of Transportation Chattanooga, TN Regional Bridge Engineer (7/12-present): Manage federally-mandated inspections of bridges. Prioritize deficiencies in order to schedule repair and replacement projects for state-owned structures. Work directly with city and county officials to help them maintain posting and clearance compliance and advise them with strategies for repairing damaged or aging structures. Assistant Regional Bridge Engineer (7/00-6/12): Managed the Region II Bridge Inspection and Repair offices, including two bridge repair offices and four bridge inspection offices over a 24 county area.
