  I was invited to succeed the current Head of Publications to drive through change and improve efficiencies in this department. Ten years in, the department is now producing outsourced pages in less time than ever before, managing more enriched content and working closely with many of our larger key accounts acting as their marketing/design agency. I have managed an internal team of 14 people with 6 direct reports. The team consisted of designers, content writers, customer service and dealer design services. I also fully manage outsourced production and development agencies when required. Scheduling and holding regular production meetings with key stakeholders are vital to the delivery of projects on time every time to budget. I regularly visit and present to the dealer community and I am comfortable speaking and presenting at all levels. Running a department with these deadlines is challenging and very rewarding. I excel under pressure keeping calm and motivating my team when necessary. Show less
