I began working with Steve extensively when an interface was being established between the two applications that we each supported. A software tester must be able to fully understand the technology being tested from an IT standpoint, but also be able to test from an end user’s perspective, and Steve does this extremely well. Steve shows a remarkable ability to develop various test scenarios to test every possible path and find the potential problems before the solution is put into production. Steve and I were faced with a fast approaching deadline for the interface deployment and he played a vital role ensuring a highly successfully solution for the end users. Steve also shows an unwavering commitment to supporting his customers who have consistently shown to greatly appreciate his work. Steve’s proactive approach, commitment, attention to detail, and problem solving skills make him a vital asset to our team. It has been a privilege working with Steve and it is my pleasure to highly recommend him for any program.

He talks to customers on a regular basis and communicates professionally with the customer without using technological words the customer does not understand.
