Team Leader of a team providing intensive 1 to 1 support to around 80 customers at a time who need some additional help to maintain their tenancy and move forward with their lives. We are driven by social purpose and trying to make a difference to our customers and communities. My Team have achieved between £1.5m & £2.5m worth of social value to our community, using the HACT social value calculator as a measure, for each of the last 5 years. However, the most rewarding part of our role is the difference that we are able to make in people’s lives by supporting them out of very difficult situations and into a life that they choose to lead.
