Managed Payroll team of 14, reviewed current system and process roadblocks and then developed and implemented a Business Improvement project that included upgrading of Kronos from Ver 4 to Ver 6, streamlined the E2E business processes for Time to Pay including migrating all labour hire resources onto Kronos to create a centralised manpower reporting system for all labour costs across the company.
