After Telebyte purchased the WBM Communications Division in October of 2013 I took the role of VP of Operations at Telebyte. Within the new and expanded Telebyte I was responsible for creating a common service delivery model and process throughout the Telebyte offices. Processes included incoming call flow to the Telebyte offices through the implementation of a single telecommunications system, customer support center and call center which can be monitored and reported on. The implementation of an internal ERP which brought all staff to a single interface both on the Services, Sales, Administrative and Accounting divisions of the organization. Scope of work and project management processes were required throughout the offices to create a uniform customer experience for Telebyte.During this time I also managed all technical staff within the Telebyte Organization.

As a member of the WBM Office Systems location in Alberta, which focused on Telecommunications and also provided IT and print services, the business progressed for almost 10 years with successful growth in the Alberta market. A Service Management role was required for someone with senior level Technical Experience in the field of telecommunications and IT. My experience also lead to development of Service processes where the growing technical team could be managed. Technician productivity reporting, contract profitability and project profitability for the Alberta region were implemented. As well, managed contracts were implemented to improve customer service and retention. I continued with high level technical communications implementations and project management while managing the technical and customer service team.
