      Promoted to the position of Team leader in August 2016. Reporting directly to the Technical Support Director. Responsible for all training matters in relation to the entire Inca machine portfolio. Organising training course content specific to each machine platform to a world wide distributor base.Inca Digital provides industry leading professional training courses in our dedicated training facility in Cambridge. UPDATEAs COVID 19 has had a huge impact on our training course delivery, I am now responsible for setting up and creating an online database of high quality professional training material that can be accessed digitally, either via video or Teams. It has and continues to be a very steep learning curve, but very exciting and rewarding at the same time, as a trainer you have to constantly be on your toes and expect the unexpected, my team and I have adapted to this challenge extremely well, our results are very well received as we maintain our high standard of support for our distributor base Worldwide.
