Oversaw all risk assessments and managed health and safety of facility personnel and visitors.Deployed as a team leader to Malaysia as part of a International exercise, this involved production and management of a catering outlet feeding over 1000 international forces. Leadership and command and control was tested due to the initial language barrier, this was overcome through team building events that developed a trust . International communications was the Main Effort and it was achieved through the perseverance of the whole team. Key Accomplishments:Successfully managed staff within a hostile environment to provide logistics at the right time, place, and condition. Spearheaded the planning and delivery of many multi-functional projects; both within the UK and overseas. Created a field training sites in order to support the development of the Operational Catering team.
