  Steve Dickie has been CEO of Trinity Woods since March of 2004. TW serves nearly 400 senior adults with an array of independent living, assisted living and health center services. In the spirit of Christ, Trinity Woods improves the quality of life for seniors by providing housing, nutrition, and health care services that meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each resident. TW recently completed a $24.5 million project that included replacement of 40 Assisted Living residences, construction of 24 Memory Support Assisted Living apartments and construction of a new 14,000 s.f. community life center. This follows a $43.5 million redevelopment completed in 2012 that renovated 82 skilled nursing beds creating 6 distinct households and added 103 new independent living apartments including a new wellness center.

  From 1993 to 2004 Steve served as Executive Director of the Baddour Center in Senatobia, Mississippi. The mission of The Baddour Center is to provide a model residential community for adults with mild and moderate mental retardation. Located south of Memphis, TN, The Baddour Center promotes quality of life for adults with mental retardation by serving 176 residents and 14 day clients. The residents of The Baddour Center come from 26 states around the country to benefit from the Center’s unique blend of residential, vocational and community life services.
