At Burrana, I have introduced a large amount of operational and organizational change within the R&D Engineering Team. I have established operating procedures for managing all R&D Projects and led the creation of a new Development Team. I successfully managed Burrana’s first line-fit development program with Airbus and installed a new collaboration framework with Airbus Engineering. The project included negotiating amendments to Airbus’s standards, creating a new NPI process at Burrana, and managing challenging financial constraints during the pandemic. The In-Seat Power System is scheduled to enter into service in Q1 2023. While at Immersive Robotics I have realigned the Company’s IP and allowed them to access a new business vertical. Lead Hardware Engineer - Unified Communications

I have been leading the Industrial Design, Acoustic Research, Hardware Design and Compliance for two releases of Biamp Devio conferencing systems and worked on several R&D projects. I was Lead Hardware Engineer and later Team Leader of the UC team. Devio DTM-1 and DCM-1 were the Company’s first Beam-Forming microphones using rigid-flex PCB and MEMS transducers. Devio received numerous awards and quickly established a strong new market segment for the company. Biamp Devio was honored “Best of Show, AV Technology” at InfoComm 2016, “Most Innovative Audio Processing”, Systems Contractor News 2016 and “Most Innovated Product 2016”, Sound and Video Contractor Magazine. • Lead Hardware Designer and Architect for the UC product (Biamp Devio): • Directing the Industrial Design and coordinated with external contractors for PCB design and testing. • Directed the acoustic design and acoustic research. Led the construction of custom test equipment and anechoic chamber; • Responsible for EMC compliance, HDMI compliance and USB compliance. • Led the introduction of rigid-flex PCB technology to create complex 3D geometries and coordinated with the manufacturing team during the NPI phase. • Created the Company’s reference design for a proprietary audio interface over Cat.5 • Conducting research and feasibility studies for new products development. I took a leading role in the start-up as Hardware Director and Supply Chain Manager.
