A while back I had the pleasure of working with Steve during the installation and commissioning of the video conferencing equipment at the new KU Pharmacy building. Steve had been involved with the project since its conception and was intimately familiar with all aspects of it. This project was technically complex, with many subsystems that all needed to work together correctly.
