Responsible for all aspects of the design, finish and material specification for Free Standing Fixtures and Built-in Millwork and Casework. Includes the facilitation of vetting potential manufacturers, issue all packages for pricing for bid and selection of successful bidder. Coordinate the review and approval of all shop drawings, material finish samples, partial and full mock ups, as required. Travel to manufacturing facilities through out North America and international locations to review plant and verify onsite compliance with specifications prior to shipping. Coordinate with owner and general contractor on the shipping, installation, set up of free standing and built in fixtures and casework, including multiple final site visitations to insure all aspects of project are installed correctly and with in all design, finish and installation parameters. Complete final review of all installations on site prior to owner supplied items arrive and are placed.
