Interact with contractors, suppliers, procurement, marketing and engineering team. Evaluate the performance of electrical engineer and commissioning engineer. Organized and chaired interfacing meeting among all vendors for DP vessel. Liaise with FMEA consultant and machinery vendor to work out FMEA test Liaise with classification society to solve class comment on machinery equipment and drawing. Witness load test, alarm test and functionality test of all machinery onboard. Attend yard trial, sea trial, bollard pull test, main engine endurance test, DP trial. Inspect machinery and equipment upon arrival to yard, making sure that the supplied items tally with purchase order. Perform handover process of new built vessel to client’s crew during delivery.
