As Customer care manager for Lennar homes of Maryland, I worked directly under his supervision. Steve kept me focused on an almost daily basis to achieve the goals that were placed before us and our respective departments. I learned much from Steve, his guidance working with not only trade partners and our homeowners but also portions of the industry that I had little success with in the past. These portions included insurance carriers personnel and legal counsel. The skills I learned from Steve in working with these facets I will carry with me into my new ventures. I have no doubt these teachings will lend me to be instrumental for the companies I will work for in the future. His charisma and energy during the course of the day made it enjoyable to be around him and learn from his lead. Steve is clearly a leader, knowledgeable beyond his years and a friend you can count on.
