Steve was the man in charge of managing all contracted operations for our System Reliability Lab. I am glad we had him there to keep in control all lab activities including testing complex equipment under continues development, fueling an online critical data collection system and most importantly a big crew of test operators running 24x7 at the peak of our product development. He also managed processes change and training that was crucial for maintaining this dynamic lab running. I would certainly recommend Steve for any research and development lab in need of an experience test operations manager.

It was a great pleasure collaborating with Steve to work out the operational details of the reliability testing laboratory at HP. Steve is a very capable project manager and could very quickly turn technical discussions into operational procedures for technicians and operators. He managed to provide all the necessary resources in terms of staffing and seamlessly pass training and technical guidance throughout shifts and different test phases. His can do attitude and his professionalism enabled the reliability team to apply very complex processes in the lab's daily operations. Steve manages to combine input from various partners and quickly find ways to turn it into efficient execution. Steve was a very reliable business partner and his project and people management skills were invaluable to our team. I'm sure that Steve can lead complex and difficult projects to success.
