The Postmaster General's Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) is a venue for the Postal Service (USPS) to share technical information with mailers and to receive advice and recommendations from mailers concerning mail related products and services. The goal is to expand the use of these products and services for mutual benefit. I am one of three industry representatives of the Envelope Manufacturers Association (EMA). As one of three states in the Great Lakes Graphics Association (GLGA) -- an affiliate of the Printing Industries of American (PIA), the Wisconsin Advisory Committee worked closely with the President of GLGA to provide education and event programming for the benefit of Wisconsin-based GLGA members. The GLGA also benefits its members in Illinois and Indiana.
