Working across sectors with small and large organisations, my company works with people, in a 'no nonsense' way to recognise the true value of their infrastructure information and other data in general and how it can be leveraged to provide improved services for all stakeholders and gear up significant investment. Gaist work hard to produce the next generation of asset management systems and techniques. Working collaboratively with Universities we are developing long term models and simulations of asset performance/condition to underpin robust long term management and investment strategies. Gaist is also developing new supporting technologies such as mobile data systems, video imaging, high speed data visualisation tools. We are in essence creating decision making tools for infrastructure managers and empowering them to share their information intelligently with all stakeholders including the public to unlock the value of the information they hold. Gaist is also supporting emergency responders and emergency professionals with create inter-agency collaborative systems and tool sets that allow mission critical information to be shared real time in a highly visible way. This is being rolled out across the UK via Project Beacon. Show less
