  For over 40 years, I directed Food Service, Environmental Services and Transpotation Services for multipe healthcare locations in the Southeastern part of the USA. My last location was at Childrens Of Alabama where I developed a management team that had zero % turnover in the last 7 years of my service, reduced staff turn over to less than 5% in a downtown metro hospital, increased pateint satisfaction to a very high level while maintaining a balanced budget for both the hospital and the management company.
