In a new position created across the company, As Owners Experience Manager I report directly to the General Manager and lead a team of people including, Repairs and Service Manager, Letting Managers, Events co-ordinators, Office Manager and approved contractors. This is a front of house position where I am in direct day to day contact with our Holiday Home Owners and I am the main point of contact for them to help with any of their worries or concerns. My job role is to oversee the day to day running of the Owners Services Department. This includes the smooth handover of new and used Holiday Homes to its new owners, Working with the Repairs and Service Manager to ensure warranty, goodwill and chargeable jobs are being completed within our service charter and troubleshooting any jobs that are proving to cause issues, taking control and monitoring of the rent ledger accounts and assisting Holiday Home owners who are struggling to keep up with payments by offering them different options and chasing debt where required. The job was created to increase and maintain Owners advocacy scores and to control the Owner Services Budget. In my first Season as OSM I achieved second position in the company and I am on track for another successful season. Show less

Working for the General Manager I was responsible for a team of people who looked after and maintained the Holiday homes that are owned by our customers.The main part of my job was to prepare the new and used Holiday homes for handover to the new Owners.I would have to co-ordinate my repair engineers, gas fitters, electricians, cleaners and porters to ensure that theHoliday home was ready in time for the handover.This would often mean liaising between onsite team and contractors to ensure no one was left waiting around and losing time.I would also be responsible for my Cost, wage and income budgets.
