  Job Description: Land Acquisition Transaction and Corporate Compliance: 1. Monitor annual corporate reportorial compliance and prepare, file and submit corporate documents of the Sunwest Group Holding Company, Inc., and its business unit affiliates with the Securities and Exchange Commission for compliance, such as; General Information Sheet, Annual Audited Financial Statement, Amendment of Article of Incorporation & By-Laws & etc. 2. Prepare the Corporate Secretary’s Certificate/Board & Stockholders Resolution/s of all business unit of the Corporation. 3. Facilitate the application for Land Use Conversion (LUC) of the lots subject for land use development. 4. Process the application for the segregation and transfer of lots acquired by the Corporation and its business unit affiliates.
