I have personally known Steve through a past colleague of mine for many years. During the years I have had problems with the support on my personal computer desktop and laptop. Steve immediately offers to fix the problem and his efforts have been appreciated. I never have a days worry about technical problems because I know Steve is always there to assist me. He also provides great service and really knows the products that our loaded on my personal equipment.
