My responsibilities are (but not limited to):- Reviewing and drafting every agreement;- Obtaining any license, legal documents, or permit from the Authority;- Giving legal advice for day to day bussiness activity if needed;- Ensuring every corporate action comply with the law;- Making and coordinating any annual and monthly reports to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (Financial Service Authority) or another government authority if necessary;- Assisting Claim Division for any claim dispute, if needed;- Conducting Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing function;- Legal documents administration;- Assisting Management and/or other division for any special occassion such as: OJK Audit, obtaining ISO certificate, etc.;- Monitoring and analyzing current law issue related to company's field.
