Managed $140 million in infrastructure projects at an executive level ensuring timely completion of all construction work. All grant activities were completed in September 2014 on time and under budget. Assisted the implementing entity negotiate with partners and stakeholders (i.e., Ministries, non-governmental organizations and state owned enterprises) on actions needed to ensure the sustainability of MCC investments and results over the long term. As Project Managing Director in Kiev Ukraine my responsibilities included: • Advised Ukrainian government officials on land reform and development of the legal and regulatory framework governing the private land market. • Managed a team of 70 employees located in multiple sites throughout Ukraine, including land surveyors, land titling and registration specialists, lawyers, project managers, administrative staff, and four expatriate technical advisors, as well as short term consultants. • Supervised implementation of contracts with 60 private survey firms for the preparation of land surveys and titles. • Established and supervised a network of ten legal aid centers offering pro bono services to new landowners in Ukraine. • Supervised 30 real estate brokers who assisted businesses and municipal authorities conclude transactions to privatize land in cities and towns, resulting in over $50 million for municipal budgets. • Delegated responsibilities for project implementation to sector leads and ensured achievement of project objectives.
