  In my position as Director of Library Services, I have collaborated with the Dean of Health, Human and Public Services (HHPS) and the Director of the Registered Nursing (RN) program to update the Library’s nursing collection in advance of the RN program’s reaccreditation visit. Served on search committees to select teaching faculty for the RN program. Conducted information literacy workshops for nursing, social science, humanities and agriculture classes. Designed the library’s strategic plan and collection development policy. Prepared annual budgets and produced semester statistical reports. Organized social events to entice the students, faculty and staff to increase their utilization of the Library and its services.
