  Leader within project teams for concrete materials evaluation and repair practices from the initial project proposal stage, designing scope of work, to performing the on-site investigation through visual, destructive and non-destructive (NDT) instrumentation, to data interpretation and ultimately the report. Participated in lab and research development in order to streamline and improve testing practices as well as implement novel field and laboratory testing equipment applications for individual project successes. Researched and created a testing program that assisted in successfully resolving a $60 million litigation case. Helped lead a team of over a dozen engineers and experts working on a high-profile megatall structure internationally working both in the field and remotely. Spearheaded the materials program that was created through synthesis of NDT, destructive testing, structural and materials analysis.
