I worked as a student worker for the Port of San Diego in the summer of 2009, specifically with the IT support staff. Although I did not report directly to Stephen, we worked in the same facility. Stephen was knowledgeable, intuitive, and perhaps even better, a great teacher especially for someone like myself getting the hang of a massive government network infrastructure.
