Stephen was instrumental in helping Geelong Orthotics achieve gaining pre-certification for ISO9001. I soon realised that the ISO9001 was not just an impressive title or badge for a company to gain but a working management system that will and already is producing results in many areas. Most importantly for us is how we manage and help our patients. ISO certainly provides strong underpinning in managing this process, and well. I also realised that Stephen wasn't just another consultant to come in and tell us what to do but mentored myself and other staff to really understand the ISO process and then implement. Stephen has a great manner and method of ensuring we did our homework, produced processes, policies under our own steam but ensured we had the knowledge prior to implement efficiently and effectively without spoon feeding and wasting precious time in the process. Stephen also provided me personally with some great management tools and strategy, that complemented the ISO process. Thanks very much Stephen .
