Currently serving as thesis advisor and teacher of a section of the Thesis course for a group of 15 master’s students in NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP). During the summer and fall of 2020, Led a group of 50+ ITP students through design projects as part of the Microsoft Design Expo 2020. Taught a mini-course introducing public health, health care, and design concepts and mentored student teams as they developed projects in response to the prompt to design for the future of health.

Working with two colleagues to design and teach d.E.S22: Upstreaming Health, a course in which students learn how to see health as system, exploring the role of behaviors in the context of the factors that influence them. In addition to learning about different perspectives on the multiple determinants of health, students practice systems design techniques in a series of projects. Previously co-designed and co-taught HUMBIO 128D: Systems Design in Health, a design seminar that explored public health through culture and business. (Winter, 2021)
