HR Business Partner for the Taxback Group, and in 2015 took over as interim HR DIrector, I am responsible for all elements of the HR role, from recruitment and selection, to performance management, to Employee/Industrial Relations. In this role I work with the Board of Directors to ensure each entity within the Group is properly addressed from HR perspective. I am also heavily involved in employee engagement initiatives to create a Great Place to Work for employees, which will ultimately lead to a more productive workforce. A notable achievement being the attainment of Great Place to Work certification in 2016.
