Mitchell Carlson

I had the pleasure of working with him on a recent client engagement. He is willing to entertain and work solutions that respond to the most complex of problems. From an outsider's perspective it appears that he is highly regarded by his colleagues for his overall technical abilities. He builds solutions correctly and diligently, setting the bar for others in his practice. The most important thing I noticed is how Stephen values teamwork. He put in whatever amount of time was necessary to ensure the team met timelines and delivery milestones. He also assisted with leading a team of offshore developers and mentored them to ensure their code was up to our best practice standards.

Stephen is a very professional person, with on time and on budget delivery of tasks that are required of him.
