Stephen was fantastic to work with and his ability to hone in on key policy issues was a huge addition to our team. I think part of Stephen's success at analyzing policy issues was his experience conducting and using research as a tool. He had a knack for identifying the key questions and then being able to either source the right evidence/research, or develop the research questions himself and go from there. I happily recommend Stephen and think that anyone would be lucky to have him on their team!
