Luke Gallagher
Over the last 6 year Stephen has worked as part of my team on two occasions totalling approx. 3 years. Initially I found his work ethic, attitude and standard of work to be excellent. Technically very strong in both Strategy and Planning he was a natural choice to quickly move to Team Lead and finally Department Head where he was able to achieve the balance between shadowing the Executive Board and driving into tangible actions from his department.
