Executive Producer (aka The Showrunner) for the new hit Podcast, "My Favorite Flop" (www.myfavoriteflop.com). Ultimately the final decision-maker for all aspects of our podcast’s production and delivery, and responsible for the brand management of our social and marketing packets. I manage the production schedule—both on a day-by-day basis, and in terms of season planning. I also manage the relationship between my presenters and the production team and help define their individual responsibilities. I worked with the hosts to develop the overall format, I have final say on edits, and I direct the conversation during recording sessions. Show less

I provide support for companywide corporate clients, including but not limited to events in Glendale, Burbank, NY, Florida, Anaheim, Seattle, Paris, Shanghai and London running approximately 20-25 events a week ranging across multiple business units, including corporate events for Legal, Risk Management, the Executive Offices, DMED, Global Security, Corporate Finance, WDT, and HR. We also support the BELONG team, the Women@Disney BERG and the Pride BERG and The Culturalist conversation series for ESPN. From beginning designs and conversations, through working creatively to determine how to achieve different visual, sound and graphics effects using technology, I assess a department's needs for a project and determine the types of technical resources, equipment and knowledge essential to achieve their goal. In person I direct and oversee all set-up and production of Audio-Visual elements from design through execution. I also carry a knowledge of how to operate and maintain audio/video/lighting systems/equipment, so that I can understand the limitations of a request.I also led the charge to move this in-person event formula online into the virtual world at the beginning of COVID, and we created a system to continue to support our corporate clients needs whilst the world was shutting down. This system was vital, and became the standard across the company worldwide, managing to present town halls and company wide presentations for nearly every business unit, in some form or another. This system has since been recreated by other departments to continue to offer the digital event support to their business units as the world recovers to hybrid and in-person events.I direct, manage, and produce records for on-demand audio & video content. I work with the presenters to define their delivery and presentation skills, and then work with the editors to streamline the editing process. Show less
