I had the priviledge of working with Stephen at Enquirer Media since he was hired there. Stephen came in as a Digital Specialist and was a tremendous asset from the beginning. That role required alot of other nuances besides sales to be successful. Being able to indirectly managem people's behavior and activity is critical to being successful in that role, and Stephen did an excellent job. You could see very quickly that Stephen would be a solid addition to any sales team. When I was put in charge of one of our Key Account Teams I knew right away that having Stephen handle one of our most important categories (Entertainment) was the way to go.
