Moved to Accenture after being outsourced from Thomas Cook. The role was primarily as a business analyst, both Agile and Waterfall, with some responsibility for project management and also as a development team lead. My team were responsible for support and development of clients’ main holiday reservations system – a system with capacity for 2000 concurrent users taking a yearly revenue of £1.8 billion.
