  PRESENT EMPLOYMENT ------------------------------------ I returned to iConstructors in August of 2017. I am employed as a Construction Superintendent for "iConstructors". For 7 years of combined service, I have done both ground up and Interior remodeling projects. I have recently worked on projects ranging in size and scope from $500,000 to $15,000,000. iConstructors is a Construction management company based in Tampa,Fl. The company has 2 divisions, New Construction and Interiors division. The Interiors Division works with commercial remodeling and shell space build outs. There portfolio includes banks, restaurants and retail spaces of a diverse collection. As there superintendent I've run ADA remodel/up grades , Interior remodel and new construction projects in the greater Tampa area. including down town highrise office space from 8,000 to 50,000 sq.ft. iConstructors New Construction Division builds ground up structures for medical, banking, retail and restaurant facilities. They work with National, Regional and Local concerns and have a great reputation for quality, schedule and attention to detail. In this division I have supervised the ground up construction of a bank branch location in the Sarasota area and a new restaurant located in the Tampa market. I have also worked on a combination/team project including ground up and a simultaneous interiors remodel totaling 100,000 sg ft. iConstructors is a great employer, honest and supportive.   PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT January 2013 to November 2014 ------------------------------------- I began working for RFS (Regions Facility Services) on January 4, 2013. They are a commercial remodeling company based in Brooksville, Fl. RFS has a national customer base and specializes in restaurant remodel and repairs on open facilities. There work is performed on a night time schedule so that the businesses do not shut down there operations. All work started at time of close is either completed by opening-time the next morning or made to comply to operating procedures and health regulations and full functionality as not to disturb daily business. This company has a unique approach and niche in the market. A majority of there work is done with Darden Restaurants corp. During my almost 2 year employment with them, i worked a a team working Forman. After my years in construction management with Walbridge, it was nice to be back in the trades working with a team of professional office and field technicians. Our work included but was not limited to full commercial cookline replacements,seating area upgrades,wine room/kiosk upgrades and replacements, Ipe harwood exterior decking,walkin cooler install/repair,acoustical ceiling installation, floor tile regrout and installation, interior and exterior door and window fabrication and install, stainless steel and FRP wall cladding and the list goes on. While employed with RFS i worked throughout the country in restaurants like Capital Grille, Bahamas Breeze, Eddy V's, Longhorn Stake house, Red Lobster, Joes Crab Shack and Johnny Rockets to name a handfull. The list of locations was just as diverse. I worked in Seattle WA. , Denver Co. , San Fransisco & Sandiego CA. ,Chicago ILL. , Atlanta GA. , Knoxville TENN. , Dallas, Houston, Sanantonio TX. and this list also goes on.
