In addition, I oversaw and coordinated Rule of Law development efforts for four Afghan provinces including Parwan, Bamyan, Panshir and Kapisa, resulting in the development of an Afghan criminal and civil judicial system, the construction of courthouses and government administration centers, a provincial prison, medical clinics, power generation facilities, roads and agricultural projects.
