  Trained to set and operate an Hitachi LT20 c.n.c Lathe and also a Doosan Twin Turret Horizontal. My job envolved setting and operating CNC lathes for pipe hose fittings. The materials we turned were 303 stainless to exotic such as titanium and Hastelloy. The tolerances were usually 50 micron on most parts.   I decided to take on a new challenge as looking for new employment in engineering wasn’t really available for what I was looking for around that time. In this role I was trained to operate powder or wet spray equipment on anything from door handles to outdoor playground equipment. It wasn’t really my preferred employment but I stuck it out until the right job at the time came along.
