My primary role was to assist the Quality Engineering department to develop new vehicle models by evaluation and rigorous testing. I was also responsible for team member development and training in my team of five, as well as the day to day running of the team, reporting directly to my group leader and senior management. Using kaizen techniques frequently, I strove to continuously improve the product, the quality and the working environment while also reducing costs. I was also involved in workstation analysis and design, ensuring safe and ergonomic workflow during the assembly stage of vehicle production. Show less
