Responsible for properly training new personnel as an EMS field trainer. This entailed implementing an online scheduling software package that streamlined the scheduling process which eliminated scheduling errors and redundancy. Also calculated statistical data which computed cost per hour for standbys and special events. Responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies for 8 stations and 10 fully equipped ambulances.
