I went to school at Lackland AFB for Culinary Specialist School. Got my basic skills there and have been building my skills during the course of my career. I've done every aspect of my career, from learning how to prepare and cook a variety food items. As well as designing custom plate settings to entire table designs for custom meals I've served. Learned all about Nutrition and how to keep sailors eating healthy. I've climbed the ranks from a lowly navy seamen to Culinary Specialist 1st Class Petty Officer. I finished my career in the navy in management. Managing 2 US Navy dining facilities in Washington state under the Food Service Officer.
