During the time that Stephen worked for me, I found him to be a fast learner. He was always looking for technology solutions that could bring additional productivity/efficiency to the organization. The quality of work that Stephen produced typically exceeded expectations for accuracy and thoroughness. I never worried about projects getting done right the first time. When Deadlines were tight, I counted on Stephen to make things happen and bring projects to completion within committed deadlines. As a Manager, he acted as a good mentor to the individuals who reported to him. I trusted Stephen to get the job done. No matter what I had asked him to do, the task was completed without follow-up. He is a creative thinker who excels when presented with a challenge and did a great job at balancing numerous priorities. Stephen exhibits a high degree of confidence in his decisions and actions. His decisions were always on target, reflecting his reliable, sound judgment skills. Stephen is an awesome I.T. Professional. If our paths every crossed again, I would hire Stephen without hesitation.
