I was accountable for the delivery of logistic and administrative support for multiple sites (Trentham and Waiouru Military Camps) involving 230 NZ Army employees (civilian and military) and four external contractors (TSL, LMGI, ESS and Spotless) in direct support roles with budget of multi-million dollar budget for personnel, services and contracted support.I was also responsible for all overarching administrative, security, policing and legal processes and procedures for the Trentham Military Area. In this role I was also the Disciplinary and Administrative Officer for Army General Staff by which I undertook complex and detailed incident investigations.
