This is an interesting opportunity where I am focused on boosting STEM learning for the Hispanic community and other underserved groups. These students deserve every bit as much opportunity, and I'm thrilled to be part of the team that makes this happen. Some of my critical contributions include championing assessment standards to drive continuous improvement, training faculty on utilizing technology for teaching, and fostering strong partnerships through community outreach. Among my proudest achievements are: • Engaged with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and the Texas HE Coordinating Board to create and maintain compliant learning programs. • Championed program growth and new courses while taking ownership of capital improvement transition projects. • Mentored campus leads and drove a creative liberty culture for direct reports to adopt innovation and drive success. • Trebled the capacity of the Police Academy in two years and expanded the free instructor pool for a five-month program.

The service area that I was responsible for encompassed three counties and multiple school districts. The service area that I was responsible for encompassed three counties and multiple school districts. The school districts varied in size and included communities with total populations of less than 300 to more than 150,000. Highlights in this role included: • Standardization of process for streamlined enrollment and grade reporting. • Successful coordination of course offerings to meet student needs across the service area. • Enrollment increases while facing center closure and limited staffing.

I also get to do some pretty interesting research on current regulatory compliance, which I embrace as it helps us maintain national standards.
